pool built on a leach line

I have a pool that I just took down that needed to be replaced due to age. I have bought a new pool and was going to have it installed in the same area as the old pool but just found out that the old pool was located over one of my leach lines. I have not had any problems what so ever that I can tell. My question is should I reinstall back over the line or not. Thank
