Advice on resurfacing

Hi
Our concrete pool doesn’t look good and needs resurfacing. What would you recommend. I’m in the UK if that makes a difference.

Aquabright, or polyurea or fibreglass, not paint

The surface on the steps in particular looks pitted. I’m thinking of something thicker ?

Could you repair pits with epoxy cement and then finish in one of the others. Forgot to add on-site lining as well.

Could monotop 615 be laid over the current painted floor? In areas I’ve patched up previously there’s no sign of it lifting and would save the huge headache of removing the paint.
