- My Pool: Recatngular shaped pool with attached spa, about 13,000 gallons, deepest part is 4 ft
Wet deck/ sun deck
Doing a replastering and retiling of pool. My wife wants a wet deck/sundeck built into pool. Cost is around 7-8 thousand, is it worth it? Would I get any return on money spent if I sold the house?

Depends on what the future purchaser wants
