Pool slab question

Pool slab question
Our slab was poured today. Builder explained they were short on cement (miscalculated). Stopped about 3 ft from end of pool in corners of deep end. Said they opted to keep rest of slab thicker rather than stretch to end. And, not to worry about cold break/seam because they will finish it when they shoot gunite for walls next week. Should I be concerned?
