Pool upright not level or plum

Hello Everyone!

I’m new to this whole pool excitement! I have a 15x24 oval pool that has been installed and after looking the pool over I realized that some uprights are not level or plum. The uprights are touching the pool wall in all locations and the pool is level on the top rails and the water is level too. Should I be concerned ? Do I drain the pool and see if I can reshape the oval a bit better? Let the pool be ? Is the pool safe ?
