Tile or Fibreglass

Postby Remedy234 » Wed 17 Mar, 2021 02:17

Our current pool is concrete and painted.
We’ve had quotes for both tiling and fibreglass lining, both around the same price.
Which would you go for ?
It’s in the UK if that helps

If you go with tiling then only use epoxy cement and grout.
Glassfibre generally produces a smooth finish so easier to keep clean and easier on chemical maintenance.

Also what look you prefer will probably have the final decision.

The tiler has said he will either jet wash the old paint off or scratch and dissolve. What’s that ??
