Refinishing quote reasonable?

I have received a quote to refinish our plaster (quartz) pool. I liked talking with the company, the guy seemed knowledgeable and a straight shooter and they have good reviews, but I would like to get some confirmation that their pricing is reasonable. Can anyone tell me how this compares to recent work done on your own pools? My pool is approx 1200 sq ft and we are in Charlotte NC.

Chip out cost, $6.00 per sq ft
NPT micro pebble finish, $10 per sq ft (this seems in line with prices I have seen online)
New Tile, ~$3000
Misc materials, $650
Refinish spa $3500

Also $4600 to replace my old Jandy heater with a new Jxi unit, and $1150 for a Jandy Flo Pro VS pump.
