Above ground pool fencing

We just purchased a 24 ft round Echo. Due to code requirements in our city, even though it is 52 inches, it still needs fencing. We cannot fence in our yard and need to attach the fence to the pool. There are kits for this, but it is daunting as we don't know which fencing is the best for our pool. Anyone have any advise?
