Good morning, We need to replace the concrete around our Viking pool. My thought was to run a cut lengthwise about a foot back from the pool then coming back and making horizontal cuts from the pool edge to the length wide cut. For the rest of the demo I was going to use a skid steer and breaker.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Sounds about right, without being there first hand. Only thing is a skid steer that close to the basin, one flick of the controls in the wrong direction, not the easiest bit of kit to control but you know that.
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.

Is there a gasket/seal between the concrete and pool?? I've tried getting some information from Latham and they're horrible. Like pulling teeth on a hippo
I had a customer tip a skid steer over in his living room one time. His wife was p!ss'd
