Hurricane damaged commercial pool rebuild in FL

Good morning. Our complex pool in Southwest Florida was damaged by Hurricane Ian. It popped out of the ground. We are looking for a licensed pool company to rebuild it. We have called every pool construction company in the area with no response however there is significant hurricane damage to most in this area. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated as this is very overwhelming. We are just trying to get a starting point. TIA
