I have an old Fox pool. liner is shredded ,,, full of leaves .
I want to clean it out and put a new permenant surface in ,, not another vinyl (SP) liner.
It has some kind of concrete behind the old liner. Can this be sealed to hold water.
I want to do it myself
any suggestions?
