Hi, yes, it doesn't allow me access to 'Find a member' and i can't click on Teapot's name in any of the posts.

Clicking on the name in a message doesn't work
You need to click Compose a message
Type Teapot into the box
Then tick Add

The PM didn't go it's in the outbox I also tried to add a member but it came up saying I didn't have permission to view a members list.
The board admin (Larry) doesn't tend to bother about anything or reply to PM's
There is probably a fault somewhere

So just to update on my situation, and i'll write it subjectively given i only have test strips at the moment...
Free Chlorine - in ok range and seems stable
Stabiliser - low below the ok range
Alkalinity - ok
PH - a little low.
...water is nice and clear and we've been able to use the pool in this hoepfully not short lived british summer!!

Thanks for the advice to date everyone.
