Pool Water clear but a little hazy

Can't get the 'crystal' clear water.
Neighbour commented apon seeing pool. He has a blue concrete finish.

Chlorine OK.
Ph a little low (6.8 - 7.0). Have added 2kg of Bi Carb. Will see result after work tonight.

Just changed sand to Zeolite.

Pebblecrete finish pool.
Guy from Hurlcon mentioned that pebble crete pools can 'look' a little less clearer than blue pools.

Have tried floculant and vacuumed etc.

Can anyone suggest anything else?
