green water

[problems]

my water was clear had it checked and ph was 7.2 and chlorine was 1 they told me to add 3 lbs of shock and 2 lbs of soda ash, it rained yesterday and now my pool water is green. what do I need to do? I took the water in today to have tested and was told my cynric acid is high. help help
