NoPhos or Clarifier first ???

I have a cloudy pool and I went to the pool store and I was told to use the following in my pool:

3 gallons - Instant Pool water conditioner (wait 24 hours)
20 oz Clear and Perfect (wait 4 hours)
78 Fl Oz - Leslies NoPhos (wait 4 hours)
58 lbs 6 oz - Leslies Hardness Plus (use 29 lbs wait 4 hours then 29 lbs)

CYA - 0 ppm
Po - 500 ppb
CH - 90 ppm
pH - 7.6
ALK - 90 ppm
FAC - 2 ppm
TAC - 2 ppm
TDS - 200 ppm
MT - 0 ppm

My questions are:
I am not sure about the order I need to add these things in to the pool....
I added the conditioner already but I am not sure if I add the clarifier (Clean & Perfect) before the NoPhos or after?
Also, I am not sure I should add all that large amount of NoPhos at once to the skimmer?
And when can I brush and/or vacuum my pool during all of this?

Sorry I am new to all of this and I would love to be able to use my pool this weekend and I am scared to do something wrong and mess it all up....
