Cloudy water (of course) Everything reads normal but won't clear up. Floc didn't work circulation is good filter is good new sand can't figure it out. Could it be the Wal-Mart chemicals even if readings are all normal or at least very close.

When you say "readings are all normal" could you perhaps post the readings for the following here so we can try find the problem.

free and total chlorine
pH
total alkalinity
calcium hardness
cyanuric acid (conditioner)

Also the type of pool surface and when the problem started.
