Dark deposits

Dark deposits

I have dark deposits along the seams of the liner (none in the shallow end but get darker and thicker in the deep end). I've attempted to scrub these but to no avail. Almost like calcified material. Any ideas? Thanks for your suggestions.

Any pictures and water test results so we can see where your water is at?

Unfortunately pool is now closed for the season with cover on.
