LOW PH, LOW ALK, CLOUDY POOL

my pool is just cloudy. after a test, the ph and alk levels remain very low even though chlorine levels are ok. the pool remains cloudy with residue of som greenish yellow at the bottom. how do i resolve this cloudiness and increase pool ph/alk.... PLEASE HELP!

your pH and TA reading?

if your TA is really low, your pH might bounce and your might lost chlorine really quick.
