Temperature sensor at pump and filter.

Postby phoneman438fla » Tue 12 Apr, 2011 17:52

I have nine solar panels on the roof, and a Goldline Aqua collector with a Jandy valve actuator. There is a sensor on the roof attached to a panel. My problem is, when I replaced the pump and filter I forgot to remove the sensor at the pump and threw both away. The whole solar system has to be at least 12 or 15 years old.The sensor was a type that screwed into the female drain plug hole with the wire going to the control box. I can't find that type of sensor. Will the kinds available like the roof type attached to the filter work?
