What is the exact chlorine daily dosage?

It's whatever is amount that is necessary to maintain the appropriate Free Chlorine (FC) level relative to the Cyanuric Acid (CYA) level according to the Chlorine / CYA Chart. Typical daily chlorine demand in outdoor residential pools is from 1.5 to 2.5 ppm FC per day depending on the CYA level and amount of sunlight hitting the pool and assuming a low bather-load typical of most residential pools (i.e. negligible chlorine demand from bather load). You can use The Pool Calculator to calculate dosages.
