Hi all,
We just had a new liner installed about 3 weeks ago. In the step area the liner is wrinkled on the edge of the steps. I don't know if wrinkled is the right description but it is like there is too much material and it is off the edge of the step. The back edge of the step wall is fine but the area perpendicular to the step is stretched and not touching the wall. So there is a gap between the wall and the liner. Now the installer told my mother (she was home when they installed it) that this was normal and it would work itself out. I don't know if that is true or if they were just lazy. She said they were very nice and did alot they did not have to do like fix our ladder, put our cover away and completely fill the pool even though we didn't pay for that much water. So I don't know what to do. Is this something I can fix, was the liner measured wrong, will it fix itself, or should I call and have them come out? Here are some pics:
