Cloudy water even with near perfect water chemistry

Tested using Taylor 2000k kit.... got 10 days ago.

I have a Aquarite 40,000 SWCG and had it for about 2 months now... water is ok not totally perfect... and the SWCG is attached from filter out to pool... as pool people came to do it. Somehow I noticed that when running this...I get cloudy water all the time for about 1-2 hours and after that it kinda clears up... any ideas why is that doing so all the time no matter how good of a water. Is there a problem with the Unit itself... I checked for metals but it seems to be ok and phospates seems to be up using Natural chemistry tablet test. Could that be the reason? Weather is really quite hot =[hovers around 90-99]
