Green Pool

Last week I sprayed the weeds around my inground with RoundUp. On Saturday we had my sons lacrosse team over and the pool was crystal clear. Within minutes of the boys jumping in and out of the pool, a green stream appeared and within an hour the entire pool was green. I have shocked it twice and it is now blue again, but is still very cloudy. Would using a clarifier help, or should I wait another day or so to see if it clears on its own?
