Stamped concrerte stain and release

We've decided to replace the problematic slate tile areound the pool with concrete.
The builder suggest stamped and colored

There are differece ways to color the concrete
-color in the mix
-stain
-release.

Anyone know the differences and what is best for a saline pool.

We are look to stamp a feux stone look and go simi redish

Whatever way you go make sure and use a high quality sealer like Deck-O-Grip. Then reseal the deck appropriately and you won't have any problems.
