Vacuum/suction

Postby unclebarry » Wed 21 Sep, 2011 20:38

I installed an inground pool in 2003---16x32'. This year put in new salt system. Last year added new kreepy krauly sand shark. That's where my problem is.

Until recently it did everything great. Now it drops to the bottom and sits there like a rock. I have a dedicated vacuum line and I do have pressure. But according to the supplied presssure tester I don't have enough pressure even if I crank it all the way.

Cleaned and checked the hoses and lines. Emptied basked and cleaned filters 2 days ago. However the filters are original. Yet it doesn't move.
