Heatsavr, the liquid pool cover is a mixture of ingredients which are lighter than water and which always float to the surface. The nano-technology incorporates a self-spreading mechanism which forms a monomolecular layer (one molecule thick) on the surface of the pool water regardless of the pool shape. The monolayer breaks apart whenever the water is sufficiently disturbed, but when the water becomes calmer the liquid molecules regroup to reform the protective layer, thereby adjusting automatically to changing activity levels in the pool throughout the day.
