In ground fiberglass resurface

I live in south florida and fiberglass pools are few and far between, and so are people who work on them. Any one have a qualified contact to resurface an in ground fiberglass pool in the miami, fort lauderdale, palm beach area??

Second, it was suggested to us to resurface the fiberglass with Diamond brite. Is this an option?

Plaster on a plastic is like a stucco on your Chevy. It may last till morning......
