Repair of cracks on underside of coping stone

Hi all,

My pool has "real" stone coping. Under some of the tiles above the waterline, there is a crack in the mortar that follows the peaks and troughs under the edge of the stone where the grout meets the coping.

How best to repair this? I cannot afford to remove stones and refit them.
