I got a 10 years old pool (inground), and the for the last years it has appeared some black spots / dirt at the top of the liner (above water level). It feels a little sticky. I've tried liner cleaner with a hard scrubbing brush (sponge and dishwashing brush is to soft), but it's very hard to get off. If I use my nails it get off, but it would take long time with 10x4m pool
. Any other tip to get rid of this?This is how it looks. It is only above water level:
