Pebble Tec Crack

I owned a pkaster pool for years and never had cracks in the plaster. Moved and had a new pool installed with a Pebble Tec surface. We like the surface but have developed some cracks. Last year just one and this year some more spidering out from the first. All in the area of the seat.

Anyone else had this experience? Does not seem normal to me and the cracks are very visiable because of the calsimum leaching out.
