Pilot on Minimax 200M won't stay lit

Postby big_foot » Fri 06 Jul, 2012 17:10

I just replace my thermo generator last year and verified that it is generating a DC voltage when stuck in a flame. After replacing my gas valve on the heater, I assumed all would be ok. But, that is not the case. The pilot still won't stay lit. The heater worked fine this summer for 1 month and then stopped working. I have verified that the thermo generator is in the flame and watched my volt meter climb the longer it stayed in the flame. Any thought as to why it won't stay lit?
