Hi everyone my name is lin,I am knew and am really glad to have found you. I recently bought a hayward navigator automated pool vac. I had to replace the bleeder for my filter .This has sort of fixed the problem. WHen i hook up the vac I loose prime in the pump and it doesnt work. My son in law managed to get it going for a few minuets then it would stop cause i think air is getting in, It is strange because My other manual vac seems to work ok. I do notice air comming out the jets at times. I turn the skimmer handle to 10 oclock. Am I suppose to close the main drain when vacumming?
