Help - Identify pop-up part and supplier

I have a 30+ year old pool, that I believe has a "California Pools" cleaning system. These are pop-ups installed in the pool, that cause the water to rotate, in theory pushing the debris towards the main drain.

I need to replace one of the pop-ups. Can anyone identify a part number, and supplier. Picture attached.
