MY POOL IS CLOUDY BLUE HELP

Ok i'm new to this so i'll give it a go .Ijust spent like $5oo on some pool chemicals that didnt do the trick till i found this website .So i just spent a week vacuuming my pool of all the alge i could see and this was after adding FLOC to my pool like 2 bottles (i think a liter each) it did the job so today i started to add some chenicals like santizer and some shock according to the lable (by the way i have a 28 x 48 in-ground pool) all my levels are correct but i still have cloudy blue water which i think is better then the green cloudy water i had .So what do you think i should do now and help is help and i need it .OOOOOOOOOOOh yeah this is my first pool
