Above ground pool leveling

I have bought a poolscape metal walled pool and after digging away the grass, levelling the ground, building and filling it I have now found a 4cm drop. I did use a spirit level on ground prep and it was all perfectly level but now with water filled in it i found this 4cm differance. My hands are blistered and my body is battered after spending 12 hours preparing the ground and an additional 4 hours getting it to this point. The instructions say 2cm max drop and so I wanted to just check if anyone with experience could advise me if this is acceptable before I take it all down and re level it all. Please help :/
