MInimax NT, does not heat, display shows "HI"

I have a Minimax NT STD. I worked fine in the last three years. At the beginning of new season, whe I try to put it on, it shows "HI" on hot tub or pool temp but heater does not come and the water is cold. any help/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
