Basic pump and Filter Layout

I am installing a new fiberglass in-ground pool. I cannot find anything more than a basic layout / plumbing diagram. Am using Jandy system with a Frog. Is there somethig that identifies how the components should be laid out and connected?
The skimmer to lower ports have been connected. I understand that the suction goes to the pump. (duh) I have a 2 port system (1 suction,1 return). It's the filter, Jandy valve, misc. valves that am unclear on. Thanks for your help. Mike

Should be a layout in the manaul that comes with the Jandy stuff.
