algae/pool filter

I have an algae problem in my pool, have treated it several times with baquacil, after water test at pool store. Two weeks later, still green water. Treated and brushed and vac daily. Pump pressure guage at fifteen steadily. Took filter apart to check for leaks. All ok to my eyes anyway. I am desperate, family coming from city at end of next week, my five kids are roasting and we have a 16000 gallon above ground w/deck that is out of commission! HELP! Thank you!
