Pump for water removal from cover

Hello,
I am looking for an economic submersible pump to remove the water that accumulates on my cover.
The pump should be automatic, so in case there is water it willl automaticall start.
When the water is removed it will automatically turn off.
The pump should have a wide bottom design to stand on the cover and not trip over.
