Aireator and chemical changes

We have a new pool and my wife does an excellent job of keeping it PERFECT (chemically) but its getting hot here and the pool is over 93 degrees and I wanted to cool it down by using the aireator at night while the pump is running. I was told this might change something (chemically) but I cant remember what and I didnt want to mess it up on my wife but wanted to see if there was something else I should do or look out for?
