Dirt In Pool - No suction

With the recent rains in the Northeast, a lot of dirt got in my pool. After cleaning with net and using vacumn/ baracuda to get some of it up, I now cannot use the tools...no suction for vacumn. I have cleaned my filter (cartridge) but still nothing. And still a $hitload of dirt lays in my pool with green water. Can anyone offer help. Thanks in advance.

Check the area around your pump. The impeller may have some debre in it.
Whats the presure?
