Water level/???

When water evaporation occurs esp. during the summer months do most pool maintenance companys usually inclued re-filling the pool as part of their service contract?

no, we don't. When we do new pools we install auto fills, but the two companies I worked for state that water levels are up to the customers, but I know with the company I am with now, they will throw the hose in and come back later in the day if it is too low, and if they do it while there they will let someone know at the house, if no one is there they call and leave a message to do it when they get back home.
