I have just purchased a Villa in Spain, the water in the pool is fine crystal clear.
My problem is with the coronation, the previous owner has painted some of the stone blocks I guess because they were dirty, but the paint is starting to come off and looks unsightly. I have cleaned the unpainted blocks with liquid chlorine and they have come up like new but have tried various methods to remove the paint but to no avail.
Any advice would be appreciated

First of all, congratulations to your new purchase.

Have you tried scrubbing the tile with soap and water using a rag and then bring out the heavy chemicals and apply a little pressure on stubborn stains. Lastly, you can use an electric sander to the stains that have refused to clean up by, using the electrical sander to remove just the top layer of paint.

If all these fails, you might want to ask professionals to come in.
