pool vacuum

I have replaced my 4 cart. filters and my vacuum that crawls on the bottom of the pool. I still can not get rid of the algae. I have cleaned my filters every other day and have taken the water to Leslie's Pool Supply for testing. In addition to this I have emptied my 22,500 gal pool twice following the advice from Leslie's. My question is: is there anything I can rent that is a portable device to vacuum the pool and bypass using the cart. filters and pump?
