Do I need a landscaper or Pool compay?

This may seem like a strange question, but I'm trying to figure out if I need a landscaping company or pool company. 2 years ago, we installed a vinyl pool with "diving specs" (8 foot deep end). We would like to add a feature to the deep end. Either a waterfall or an elevated patio for people to jump off. My question is, should I speak with pool companies about the project or landscapers? I think landscapers would be cheaper (probably), but a pool company may be more familiar with the challenges of building over the steel-walled pool. Thoughts?
