How to turn on linux pool filter?

Postby branden15 » Mon 27 Jun, 2016 18:57

Hello! Recently joined this site because it looks like it has a lot of potential to help people out with common pool mishaps. I happen to be one of those people! I acquired a Linux pool filter and I just can't find out how to make it work. There's two valves that connect into my pool, the one on the left filters water back into the pool once it's cleaned, and the one on the right sucks it in the basket. For some reason, the pump doesn't want to filter at all, even while running, I know I'm supposed to start it a certain way but I can't find the page that told me correctly...someone help please?

Have you tried turning both the valves off and filling the pump strainer basket with water. Replace the lid start the pump and open the suction valve first and then open the flow valve
