VINYL - CONCRETE - FIBERGLASS

Hi everyone out there,

For the past 4 years I am doing a research on which pool to build.
I am going crazy by listening to so many problems.
I can't decide on what kind of pool to spend money on.
Fibreglass has problems with cold and then I hear no problems with the cold 30 below zero.
Vinyl gets riped and then buy another liner.
Concrete is more money but don't know much.
Can someone please help me decide out there.
