sand and sun pool

i purchased a 12x36 sand and sun pool from walmart...now in 2 months i have had to drain the pool and fill it back up due to it now being level...although it has been level everytime.....i honestly think the liner is not right or the seams r not stitched right...can this be possible and has anyone had any problems ...

we to just got a sun and sand pool ours is 18x4 the day we filled it it stated to lose water we also think its the seams
