Difference between Calcium and Phosphate???

Postby dogette » Wed 09 Aug, 2006 09:36

Hello:
Can someone tell me what is the difference between Calcium and Phosphate. Is it possible to have a extremely high level of phosphate (2500) and a hardness of 230 (which Im assumming is the calcium). My pool is 33,000 gallons-plaster. I think my Hardness should be around 250 minium and phosphate should be around 100. Everything else is perfect.
Help!
