we live in spain and have a terrible problem with sulphates in the water. often the cristals will grow on the surfaces of the pool they are very shard and dangerouse. how do we get rid of this.

Sulfates are dangerous to our health and should be dealt with before they begin to crystallise out. Firstly you should determine the source of the excess sulfate in order to plan their erradication.
